Pre-vocational & work placement training program

The IMPACT program aims to assist individuals to prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment. Well-trained job coaches provide individualized on-the-job training. Participants are supported to find meaningful employment opportunities and rehearse job-related skills that may support them in acquiring productive, paid employment. 

This program is best suited for individuals that are self-sufficient in transportation to and from place of employment, have strong self-management skills, and exhibit the ability to maintain a job-specific level of productivity.
