OVERVIEW
For families funded through the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), caregivers will work with a dedicated team to complete group and individual consultations. The training will be personalized to achieve individual and family-centered positive outcomes.
Ready Set Soar! uses the SCERTS Model (Social Communication, Emotional Regulation and Transactional Support). The program aims to increase communication and social-emotional abilities of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this approach, caregivers will work together with the Ready Set Soar team to identify and reach individual and family-centered goals.
