OVERVIEW
The CAP program offers day programming, community, residential, and workplace preparation services to build self-sufficiency in young adults. Goals are selected based on individual skill levels, interests, and lifestyle. Learners are taught new skills to increase the integration into their community.
The methods employed are based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and every student’s progress is monitored daily to help ensure success. Our ultimate goal for all clients is to help them manage their behaviour and achieve the greatest possible level of independence.
This program is best suited for individuals transitioning out of high school, have transitioned from intensive services and/or are looking to gain valuable life experiences with the direct support of a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT).
